MOHAMED GENTO KAMARA A COMMITTED INVISIBLE FOOTBALL PHILANTHROPIST
The renowned Sierra Leone entrepreneur Mohamed Gento Kamara Chief Executive Officer of the Benton Villa Gento Group of Companies is currently the Vice Chairman of the defending Champions of the Sierra Leone Premier League East End Lions Football Club and has served as an executive member of the club for over a decade.
During the tenure of Alhaji Mohamed Nabie as Chairman of East End Lions Football Club, Mohamed Gento Kamara served as Team Manager and led the club to lift the Sierra Leone Premier League back to back 2008/09 season unbeaten and the 2009/10 season, during a strategic meeting held by the Elders and Executive Committee in October 2018 he was elevated as Vice Chairman of East End Lions Football Club winning the 2018/19 league season unbeaten under the leadership of the current Chairman Ambassador Anthony Navo Jr.
As the Chief Executive Officer of the Benton Villa Gento Group of Companies providing services in road construction and building residential estates the company is presently sponsoring two clubs in the country's football top tier competition East End Lions FC and Kamboi Eagles FC, the Gento Group of Companies also supported Anti Drugs Strikers Football Club during the two previous Sierra Leone Premier League season, and community teams participating in the Central One Football Association (COFA) intercommunity football competition.
